Deutschschweizer Pilotprojekts liegt darauf, die Behandlung von mehrfacherkrankten Patient:innen mit einer Abh\u00e4ngigkeit durch eine gelingende interdisziplin\u00e4re und interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit im Akutspital und einem Einbezug von externen Fachpersonen aus der nichtmedizinischen Suchthilfe und der Suchtmedizin zu
